Common questions

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. Or email us at jessie@soudub.com and we'll handle it. Approved reports you've submitted stay on the public map but are anonymized.

Why is my report not showing up?

New reports are reviewed by volunteer moderators before becoming public. Most are approved within a day or two. If yours has been pending for longer or you think it was rejected in error, send us a note and we'll take a look.

Is this run by Eagle Mountain City?

No. Eagle Mountain Parks is operated independently by a single Eagle Mountain resident. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Eagle Mountain City or any other government entity.

How do I report an emergency?

Please don't use this app for emergencies. If something is dangerous or someone needs immediate help, call 911. To report something to the city directly (not an emergency), use the city's official channels.
